TruGrid collaborates frequently with ISN to ensure our safety program—and our contractors’ programs—are aligned with the highest industry standards. Through the first half of 2025, the results have been clear: our approach is delivering measurable impact across every project site.
Here are several ways TruGrid is putting ISN to work through June 2025:
- 720+ contractors submitted for review: Some contractors are chosen by us, while others are selected by our clients. But all must meet high standards and uphold an A or B-rating. That includes submitting detailed safety plans and company information for ISN’s third-party review and grading.
- 75+ contractors modified their safety plans to meet our standards: We don’t compromise on safety. Contractors are stepping up and making the changes needed to work with us, and that speaks volumes about our capabilities, standards, relationships, and outcomes.
- 365+ system logins to manage contractor data: Our team engages with ISN every single day. We review contractors, submit data, and keep information up to date. It’s a sign of how deeply ISN and safety are embedded in our operations.
- 2,370+ training courses completed by contractors: Before contractors ever step on site, they go through ISN’s learning management system. The volume of completed coursework shows that contractors are motivated to work with TruGrid and that we set clear expectations from the start.
- 220+ safety programs reviewed: Each program we review helps create a stronger, safer work environment. We look at these documents in detail, ask questions, and ensure alignment with our high standards.
We’re A-Rated, Consistent, and Accountable
TruGrid is proud to be an A-rated contractor in the ISNetworld system. This designation reflects our rigorous safety standards, reliable performance, commitment to continuous improvement, and trust from our customers.
But perhaps even more remarkable than our A-rating is this: we have maintained a 0 total recordable incident rate (TRIR). In an industry where the work is physically demanding, complex, and fast-moving, a 0 TRIR isn’t just rare, it’s exceptional. It means that, across all TruGrid projects, there have been zero Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-recordable safety incidents. No injuries. No missed safety documentation. No shortcuts.
This level of performance doesn’t happen by chance. It takes discipline, planning, and a culture that puts safety at the forefront every single day. From daily task hazard analyses to robust contractor onboarding, from job hazard assessments to ongoing safety training, every detail is part of a system designed to protect people, and it’s working. Contractor Culture Matters
